Can anyone help to id this? If seemed alive and Crawling on the glass. Saw both this one and a smaller one.

is it bad for the tank?

It depends on which thing you're talking about - but it looks like a shrimp. But again I dont know what you're talking about

Skeleton shrimp? Pic is blurry but they are skinny sticklike

It is very ‘wobly’ and almost look like algae but behaves more like a worm.

That is not a spaghetti worm lol. If anything it's a arrow shrimp or a praying mantis that fell in your tank lol
