What is this white stuff

can some one tell me what this whit stuff is? It’s growing on a couple of frag plugs and one spot on the rocks. Do I need to get rid of it ?

Are you talking about the little white dots? If so, look very closely and if you see a spiral to them, they are spirorbid worms

I would just remove the sponge on the coral if it is covering them. Otherwise, they are harmless. You just don't want them to suffocate your corals.
