Hello everyone, I’ve researched.
Tank is a year old. Water parameters are
78 Degrees
1.025 Salinity
1 ppm nitrate
0 Nitrite
0 Ammonia
8.1 pH
Corals were good and are now upset. Anything will help.

It’s poriferan sponge and one that can spread. Best removal is with a dental pick or small crochet needle and gently pull it off and discard
