I was cleaning up my sump and noticed a couple of these worms, never seen them anywhere before. What are they?

Aren't flatworms relatively flat? This one is kind of round like an earth worm
True. My guess was due to its relative shape (rectangle , slug like ) and movement . Monti eating midi branch is another guess . A close up photo will be awesome

Moves way too fast to be a flat worm.

Were they all over that dying cap?
Do you see them on anything else on the tank?
Or is it just in your sump/fuge?

The monti died due to the tank not being mature enough and I just threw it in the sump.

I've only seen them in the sump, I don't get detritus in the display due to being bare bottom. I do get a lot of detritus in the sump however.

I thought they may be detritus worms too, but I wasn't sure since it had a black stripe in the middle horizontally. Also, do saltwater tanks get detritus worms? I thought that was only in fresh water
