What is this worm??

This thing can get long...maybe 1.5 inches from how far out I have seen it go. If you are familiar with freshwater the coloring looks just like a kuhli loach, like a yellow beige base with dark brown saddles. It has a hole in a rock and thats where it comes out from...light sensitive. It does not look like it has ant antennas or feelers on its head..for sure not a brittle star or star fish.

Yes thank you!! That's it! I only saw pics where they didn't have stripes so I didn't think thats what it was, but was able to now find some stripped pics of them. Thanks again :)
