Looks like Aiptasia. Where did the rocks come from? If they were directly from the gulf of mexico (e.g., Tampa Bay Saltwater, Gulf Live Rock, KP Aquatics, etc.), that might be a different type of anemone that isn't invasive. But odds are relatively high if not gulf live rock that it's Aiptasia and will spread like wildfire.

Options:
1. Since it looks relatively isolated from other corals/nems, you can boil water and quickly squirt the boiling water right onto the face of the Aiptasia with a feeder pipette or similar. This has the advantage of mostly killing it right off and not allowing it to release planula (which some people call spores)--i.e., go ahead and release your seeds, it'll just be met by boiling water! I usually repeat the squirts of boiling water anywhere from 3-5x if nothing sensitive is nearby just to make sure I really kill the Aiptasia.

2. You can make a slurry of kalk paste using kalkwasser powder or pickling lime (e.g., Mrs. Wage's Pickling Lime) and inject it right onto the face of the Aiptasia (carefully). It will more or less melt the Aip. This has the advantage of not requiring boiling water to be used that can harm nearby corals/nems if they get blasted. Also, if applied well, the nem will curl its tentacles around the glob of kalk and it'll basically die right there. Downside is that sometimes the kalk glob just falls off the nem and it may not get fully killed and come back.

3. There are various products (F-Aiptasia, Aiptasia-X, Joe's Juice) that do essentially the same thing as #2.

In all cases, do it sooner rather than later. Any waiting gives the Aiptasia opportunity to spread.
