Not sure if it's an algae or feather duster or what, it's like a white cotton ball with a feather duster crown protruding?

awesome! I'm not complaining for sure, just making sure it wasn't totally invasive while it is still easily manageable. Will let it do it's thing

From quick research could be from possible excess silicates/nutrients and should go away on their own as the cycle progresses, hurry up and wait
