Spaghetti worm ????
Its proferan sponge and can become invasive. Pull if you can or loosen with a dental pick. Next to it is pineapple sponge- harmless

For some reason I thought I saw segments in that first picture lol. Can’t find any information on anything called Proferan. There are Porifera sponges, but is there any information available on whatever species this is that I could read?

Have not touched them. They dont move and they have a pink tint to them. Might be the light though. I saw some pics of sponges like them but no name was captioned
