Hi All! I jumped back into the hobby after a long hiatus. Tank started in late January. Used live rock from previous tank owner that had been kept in dark for several months. The only other inputs were my cleaner package, chaeto from a local with a super clean system and clownfish and urchin from LFS. It’s not brown like I’m used to seeing with aptaisia. It’s got a wide base and the tentacles have a kind of blue tint on the end. It just appeared this week. If it’s not a desirable hitchhiker, I’d like to eliminate it now while it’s still small and just one organism.

Possibly Majano anemone. Id nuke it to be sure. They can spread like wildfire. Crazy glue or f aptasia work well when the outbreak is small.
