Wait, on live aquaria it says they need a 250 gallon aquarium because they can grow over a foot long. Are there different types of long horned cow fish?
@NashobaTek is right when he suggests about LA....they are a generalized recommendation.... for example I have a 18 years Yellow Tang in a 90, they say minimum 100. It all comes down to many other factors as well, how many fish currently in tank, amount of rock, is this fish a rapid swimmer.... Best suggestion is in my eyes, pick your two or three ideal fish you really WANT, throw a thread out there and ask, 'I have a 65 gallon, can I do this and have you?' Otherwise, as many of us have realized if you can't accommodate to your desires through that, then plan slightly larger.....maybe 75 or 90.IDK,but mine never got that big. Beautiful fish!!!Fowleri Tang but it's too big for your 65g
Oh wow i love that clown trigger! It's so cool it hangs out with the humuhumunakunakupuauaThese 2 are my 2 favorites if I had to pick outta the other 14 fish in my mixed reef. Most of my fish have stopped growing do to the size of my tank 90g so I went out and bought a 180g today.
agreedPurple Tang without a doubt, but 65 is too small imo
