Piggybacking off of @revhtree thread on most expensive coral in your tank, I'd like to see your least expensive (even if it was free) coral in your tank that you're most proud of.
For me itd have to be my hammer coral colony. My uncle gave it to me when I first started out. For the low low price of FREE
This coral has gone through so much and undergone several accidental fraggings. I've gone from one head to 50 back down to two and back to however many I have now lol

I purchased this Caulastrea frag out of my LFS $5 bin approximately 4 years ago, it’s now probably 50 heads and has produced several other colonies that are now 15-25 heads each.

don't have a photo offhand but got a $10 stylophora frag that looked identical to a $300 one or at least it did in my eyes.

Oregon tort. Cost about $50 one year ago and has grown nicely, albeit not as fast as some others. Blue is much deeper and richer in person.

Probably my Hollywood Stunner. Picked up a frag on Black Friday from WWC, I think it was $15. It’s now about 5”x6”

Started as one free one and now is a thriving colony. I am most proud of this, as now there are others that this has inspired to support the “Aiptasia Lives Matter” movement.

I always wanted to set up a pico with some beautiful Mojanos.
