Green hair algae.

If you're okay with chemicals, fluconazole will wipe it out in a few weeks. You will have to get nutrients in check to keep it away, though.

I don't think this is it, hair algae was the first major algae I dealt with when I first started and it didn't look like this.
I believe homer1475 is correct in identifying the algae.

Unfortunately it's one of the tougher algaes to beat.
I realized that after running a few searches :(

I might give fluconazole a try as adamantium suggested

from the other threads, I've read about this product came up as well

Brightwell Aquatics Razor Marine

I will hold off on buying these for a bit while I get my nutrients in check, for now, I will do a bit of manual removal and hope it doesn't come back after I resolve my nutrient issues.

Describe nutrient issue? How high are you thinking is high?

I run my SPS dominate system at 10 to 20(closer to 20)ppm nitrate and anywhere from .1 to .2 phosphates.

A good way to look at it, if you can't grow algae you cannot grow corals. They need the exact same things to survive.

I've used fluc in the past a few times for bryopsis with no issues.
