What kind of algae is this? Red, slimy, not cyano

What kind of algae is this? It grows on rocks and back wall. Snails not touching it. Tangs not touching it. It's not cyano.

Cyano grows on sand and it's like a mat. Cyano can be blown off or brush off rocks. This stuff is slimy to touch and doesn't brush off either
Some cyano grows on rocks and is "thicker", making it more difficult to blow off...
