What kind of coral? Is it dying?

On Saturday I got a coral frag from my lfs. I believe it is a frog spawn, however is is brown and the polyps are kind of sagged over. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Looks like a torch. Start off acclimating slowly with light intensity and increase water flow.
