That’s a hammerPic is VERY BLUE but appears ty be an acan
It is hammer and is In acclimation box under minimal lighting and water flow causing it to shrivel
Should I take it out of the box and put it in the tank or take it out?It is hammer and is In acclimation box under minimal lighting and water flow causing it to shrivel
Ok will give it a try. Keep you guys updated tomorrowPlace on the sand bed and let it acclimate
Water parameters areDefinitely a euphyllia. It would help to post a thorough reading of parameter. If parameters are in the green zone, it might be a flow or lighting issue. Also check around the coral skeleton for any type of infection or parasite. Receding flesh around the base of the coral is not a good sign. Flip the coral & give it a good inspection & if all checks out it just might need a bit more flow & light but parameters need to be shared in order to narrow down the problem, NO3, PO4, ALK, Temps, Ca, Mg, PH, etc. good luck.
I moved the pump up higher and placed him on the sand bed. He instantly opened up. I’ll check him in the morningBring salinity to 1.025-1.026
