It sticked to the rock but today it came loose like this. Looks like jelly! (#Yummy)

It's hard to tell from the pictures. The spots are small. It could be eggs, a type of sponge starting, or even algae or a bacteria starting. I know that's not much help. Hopefully someone else will chime in and narrow down the possibilities.
