What kind of night critters are these?

Hi reefers,

Newbie question however, we want to know what kind of critters are these? We all know when the lights go off we can find some interesting creatures. Tonight we noticed the strangest looking ones and they are so many! They look completely different from our copepods. These critters are mostly around our new carpet anemone which was added today.
