What kind of snail is this?

Just found this small snail popping up, its pretty small, around 5mm and has a winered pattern (or brown, not clear tbh)
I cant really make out it's shell enough, doesn't look like a babylonian tho, more like a trochus

My money is also on a trochus. If it falls over and can right itself - it's a trochus.

I was going to say trochus too, but it does seem to be more rounded, similar to a nerite after second look. Not sure.

could even be a zebra turbo snail. hard to say without some more pics.

I actually think quite a few of these snails are misidentified and sold under the wrong names every day so who knows what is what anymore. Even some of the popular invert vendors online don't seem to agree with one another.

I think shapewise it matches pic related the most. I def got it from a liverock, as i only bought some nassarius and turbo snails sofar.
Also def agreeing with you on the last bit, the nassarius are def not n. vibex that i orderd, but either some whelk or other sp. of nassarius.
