Wait? You are telling me there are other hobbies out there besides Reefing? No way!

Kidding aside, if I didn’t do Reefing, then I could afford that other sought after hobby - Retirement.

Well.. I am still on my 2nd hobby.. which is amateur photography. I don't have that many lens. Only 3 lens to play with. But you are right. If I don't reef, I might have more lens

Great question. I'm now 40. Took a 10 year hiatus from 30-40 to build a business. Now that business is sold. Moved out of the city and across the country from CO to Vermont and bought a 70 acre farm. I would say real estate investing if you call that a hobby and or serious gardening, a cut flower biz for my wife and growing our herd here in VT. Regardless of reefing now being apart of my life I strive to make all that **** happen lol

Not skipping anything for reefing (which I just started back up). Other hobbies are boating and offroading (land rovers). I read and video game during off time.

I've always wanted to get into flying drones, which I guess could partially coincide with photography too. I've had a few of the cheap toy ones...that were bought for the kids, but I'd really like to have one of the higher end dji drones.

Well what an interesting question, building my second tank setup now, loving the whole process.
I love building stuff... I have motor bikes (80's), JAG XJS, all take time and money.... (lets not talk V12 costs)
Long story short .... I need to be busy, I do not do the sitting down thing well, get bored real fast.
Wife says ADD, I say busy and beer gets stuff done.

The major problem - so much to do and not enough money.
Who has too many hobbies and struggles to spread the available funds...?

I have had to sell stuff to reduce the projects... but the result is the same....I just need more money!

I had several hobbies before I got serious about reefing. For instance I use to be into RC helicopters. I thought that hobby was expensive. However since I started this hobby I haven’t touched the helicopters. The reefing hobby checks all my boxes. It’s always something to learn and still very challenging.
