I don't think that's the least bit sad. The funny thing about many job titles is they make you sound important even if you don't do anything that important. When I say that I'm a residential program supervisor at a boarding school....what I mean is that I'm a combination of a bouncer and a security guard. Other than that, it's just a whole bunch of paperwork.

Before I work at the veterinarian office I was a fire alarm installed. We had the new guy tell the waitress at Wing House we where fire suppression and notification technicians.... titles don't mean anything. At work I am an Animal Care Specialist

Cool thread. Nice to see what everyone does. I'm in medical device sales. I sell Cardiology implantable devices to Cardiologists, EP's, and Thoracic Surgeons. I work in the Federal sector and call solely on V.A.'s and DOD facilities - National Naval Medical Center, Walter Reed, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, and a few others. It keeps me away from my reef a few days a week so it has forced my wife to learn more about the hobby. She would never admit it, but I think she is starting to get the fever....lol

Man, there are days where I'd rather be out than sitting at a desk, that's for darn sure! If it pays the bills and you enjoy it, that's all that matters, right?

I delivery driver for a home elevator company. I am away from my reef for several days every week. :sad: I'm 500 miles from home right this minute.
But this job pays for it all.

I have also begun breeding H. Erectus Seahorses, so that will pay for the majority of my reef addiction!

LOL one of my apprentices often threatened to quit and deliver pizza's with his buddy's. They made more money than him.
