I know this is a Bristle Worm and I started out with a couple of these on a piece of live rock I bought over a year ago that I put in my sump and they have apparently made it into my tank. I don't really mind since they only come out at night, but I was doing some reading and apparently they are not all good to have so I am wondering if this is a good guy or a bad guy???

Any comments are much appreciated!!! ;Happy

It doesn't look like the standard bristle worm to me. IMHO all bristle worms are not ideal but many find them helpful.
I would keep it out of the tank until someone more qualified than me can ID it

I would throw it out. They are not really bad but they will kill and eat shrimp and crabs when they molt and kill small clams. I have so many of them that I lock my bedroom door at night. ;Bucktooth
