We just got back from the Georgia Aquarium and we really enjoyed it. It has a beautiful tropical marine tank with a diverse selection of coral and an array of lots of colorful fish.

I have also been to the Monterey Bay Aquarium which is my personal favorite. The kelp forest tank is awesome and we enjoyed a visiting exhibit on creatures with tentacles.

I have also visited the National Aquarium as well as the Aquarium that is part of the Pittsburgh Zoo, which is local for me.

So, what are your favorite public aquariums?

I have been to the shedd aquarium in chicago, highly recommend it! I'd like to go back just on my own, last time I was there we had our children so of course they would look at an exhibit for 2 seconds and want to move on right away. I love to just sit and observe for a little bit so if i ever go back itd be just by myself lol! Also Niagra falls Aquarium was pretty good.

I only live an hour from myrtle beach so I've been to Ripley's. They have really cool weedy sea dragons.
I've also been to the Baltimore national aquarium. I was amazed how big tangs and royal grammas get when in a more natural environment.
And I've been to the shark aquarium at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. They had a really neat jelly tank.
Georgia aquarium is definitely on my bucket list!!

I live an hour away from Baltimore National Aquarium. If I could, I'd go there at least once every month. I don't get to go as often as I'd like to.

Me and the family have only been to The Florida Aquarium in Tampa Florida. It was very nice. I liked that it was very kid friendly. We want to one day go to the Georgia Aquarium.
