SO i got silcate in my dt from my rodi water..uuuggghhh
past icp test had silcates at 259 in the DT Sample and 462 in my rodi water.
resins were depleted even thu they still looked good. got some new resiins running that problem fixed.
so now how do i remove them from my water?
i have brown diatom algea in my sump and frag tank.
DT silaacte is 259
po4 = .03
Phosphorus = 28
i would prefer to not use GFO. That stuff leaks out metals and i worry about slamming my po4 to 0
i dont want to preform a water change (dosing RMM). a wc will throw all my WP's out of whack.
any ideas would be great.
