I currently have 3 XR30 about 9" above the water. The tank is 71". What I plan to have are some SPS and Soft corals. For my light settings , is the coral lab setting good enough? And what light intensity do you guys run on it? I run mine currently on 50%.

71" deep? You can stand in it? Thats sick..... though I bet thats the length. Length doesn't matter much for light percentage.

No harm in starting at 40 or 50 percent and then gauging future increases/decreases based off of coral coloration.

50% is probably fine. You will have some more intense cones under the fixtures and not so much light off to the sides. This is great for both low and high light stuff if you place them correctly.
