what the heck is this? Baby Bristle worm or flatworm?

I have no idea what this is but it looks scary af! It wasn’t in my actual tank, it was with some chaeto in another tank.

the picture doesn’t do it any justice- this is when I pulled it out dead. It looks furry on its sides. Also when it was alive, it extended its body to look longer.
