What the heck is this orange sponge? Between my sps?

Poriferan spongeSomeone have experience with this? My sps is dying on the feed because there is no light. Now it’s getting orange looks like sponge
Take a tweezers and peel away from coral
Sure thats sponge? Looks more like cyano to me. Does it blow off easily if squirted with water, or is it attached?

is it harmful? Why do you advice to peel away?
No it’s not cyano for sure. It feels like rubber

You did say it was killing the sps. Whatever it is, those corals sure aren’t going to be happy about being covered with it.

Has anyone else seen this sponge?
it is a force. I’ve battled it back in my tank and have had to throw two rocks out to prevent further spread.
it’s nasty and grows aggressively over coral and through rock. I’ve kalk pasted and superglued so much that I hope it’s gone. But I definitely suspect it will re-emerge somewhere in the rock.
I think it’s related to or similar to orange keyhole sponge.
