ive caught it and put it in a galaxy pods jar ill send a pic of it in there but its moving frantically.

Probably just some type of polychaete worm. I would remove it because some are bad.

Fishy wishy beat me by about half a second

here it is, its red and white and has two almost antenna like things on its head and it looks like its covered in legs, it really does just look like a swimming bristleworm

It looks an epitoke; a reproductive phase of, as others have said, a polychaete worm, such as a bristleworm.
