I got KP aquatic live rock and I have these little furry looking things on one of the rocks. It doesn’t look like they move but they shrink down when I shoot them with water from a turkey baster. Anyone seen them before?

Are they soft or do they have a shell? What colors are they? Kind of hard to tell from the pic.

If no shell Id guess some type of Nudibranch in which case, Id get that rock into quarantine until you figure out exactly what type they are. Many Nudis munch on corals.

It’s hard to tell exactly in the picture but are they groups of little tubes? If they are soft and don’t move and are a bunch of tubes then I’d say some kind of colonial tunicate. They’re beautiful!
