so my 30 long is very close to end of cycle.
for this tank my plan is
pair of clowns with a bubble tip
jawfish, gobies and blennies.

for corals maybe a clam, goniporas, LPS

what would you add first?

I would get the clownfish in the tank first and let them settle in for a couple weeks! Get a tester cheap coral and let that hang as well for a couple weeks of "observation" if those do well then you should start going for more of the things you wanna add!

I would definitely add the pair of clowns first, they are not as sensitive to poor water quality as the other fish (neither are blennies and gobies really, but clowns are just TOUGH).
There should be no worries about aggression between the clowns and other fish, I added my clowns first, then only about 9 months later did I add another fish, my bicolor blenny, and they love him, they're all quite friendly.
Anemone you should wait a while, they need a truly established tank.
Gonis can also be quite hard to care for, as i've heard.
LPS should be fine to go in a few weeks after the clowns.
