I'm planning on being a vendor for the first time at my next local frag swap, and have been trying to think of what all would be needed to bring to ensure a healthy trip for the frags, and a successful trip for me by selling many of them. Below is the list of things I have thought of to bring, many of them obvious others maybe not. Is there anything else anyone would suggest I bring?

Frag tank
powerhead
frag tank heater
light and hanger
water to fill tank

baggies for frags
extra saltwater to replace water from frags
heater for bucket of replacement saltwater
small bills to give change from purchases

Also, If I wanted to bring additional frags but didn't have room for them in my frag tank, would it be a good idea to just leave them in a bucket with a heater and use them to replenish my frag tank as the first frags are sold?

Here's my pack list I use for most shows:

  • Frag Tanks
  • Lights
  • Light Stand
  • Bag of Carbon (corals slime when touched all day and the carbon helps keep the water clean and the corals open)
  • Heater
  • Circulation pump
  • Frag rack
  • Frag price marker (or a chalk pen for writing on the glass, have some way of marking down at least a few prices)
  • Glowy poky stick
  • 2x jugs of salt water
  • 1x small jug of RO water
  • Table cloth
  • Syphon hose
  • 2x Empty buckets
  • Extension cord
  • Power bar
  • Frag bags
  • Filter pads for tanks
  • All frags
  • Towels
  • Cash box
  • GLOVES!!!!!!!
Even with that, I still forget things once in a while :(
