Hi everyone, I have noticed what I think is dinoflagellates growing on my rock and my clown also looks to have a swollen right eye. From doing a little bit of research I think it is pop-eye. With both these things coming up in the tank pretty close to each other it looks like it is a bacterial issue that I am having in the tank. So I was wondering what I should do to get, A my fish back to full health, and B get the dinoflagellates out of my tank. I am doing weekly water changes of about 15% give or take and my parameters are...(this is after a water change, I totally forgot to do some tests before)
Salinity: 1.26
pH: 8
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
Phosphate: 0.03 ppm
Calcium: 480 ppm
Alkalinity: 9.3 dKH

One eye swollen is sometimes just an injury. Watch if it gets cloudy.

the other pics you posted look like cyano, not dinos.
