I have this dang 3 stripe damsel that started off what I thought was ick, begin treatment, but the spots continue to grow, too big for ick, and not following the life cycle. Then I’m thinking maybe it’s flukes, freshwater dip and nothing. He’s not scratching he’s eating and swimming fine. I recently had an ammonia spike that I got back down, but other then that parameters are good. My main question is, should I continue to try and treat what ever is going on, or should I wait till I see signs something is going wrong? All the other fish are fine

Looks like lympho. It’s a virus and will go away on its own, provide good water and food.

Agree with Emdereef. Lymphocystis virus probably due to poor handling of the fish before you purchased it.

I will look into vitamins... he gets pellet food once a day that has garlic in it, do you think that’s enough?

No. Feed some frozen such as Brine shrimp, plankton, small mysis and either rods or LRS foods. Also Flake such as tetra Marine flake or Formula One

They get pellets, omega one with garlic everyday, frozen mysis every other day, and they live baby brine shrimp 2 or 3 times a week. And there’s lots of pods.
