So I’ll be getting a Fluval Evo 13.5 soon, and I’ve already decided to put an InTank media basket with filter floss, ChemiPure Blue, and a small refugium in chamber one, but the problem is I don’t really know what to put in chamber two, so can any Evo owners offer me some advice?

i bought the intank for both chambers and ended up removing the one from the middle and just adding back the included sponge. The Evo is a great little tank, but they really made a mess of the AIO chamber flow.

You shouldn't have to add anything else at all -- and actually run the risk of impeding water flow if you have an upgraded return pump. I run inTank's chamber two basket as my first chamber is occupied by the PS/2 skimmer. That's certainly not optimal, as it blocks the surface skimmer.

At the moment I have my heater in chamber 2, as I didn't love having it squashed in with the pump in chamber 3.
