What to use to cut coral frag plugs

Can scissors work to cut a frag plug? Or should I get a pair of bone cutters or a dremel to cut the frag plug

I use a bone cutter, that can also be used for cutting coral. It is a 2 for 1.

Both a dremel and bone cutters will come in handy in different situations.

Bone cutters for sure. I used heavy duty scissors few time and it worked . Just have to be careful as you have to apply more pressure to cut thru it and you risk the frag flying off superman style!!!
