What to use to treat bacterial infections on pipefish?

What is the most effective treatment of bacterial infections on pipefish?
I just got a new Janssi male and it looks like it may be coming down with a bacterial infection.
In the past I used API Furan 2 but it seems that one has been taken off the market as nobody has it anymore.
