What type of coral and what’s wrong

I purchased my tank and most everything in the tank second hand. When I set up the tank for a few months this coral looked healthy. Over the past month it’s no longer coming out and looks as shown. What type of coral is this so that I can research and any idea what could be wrong. What changes and parameters seem fine along with all other inhabitants.

Kinda looks like a Duncan. .
But the other picture with no polyps looks like a trumpet .

I’m sure it’s not either of those .
