Is that a 32 bio cube? And also are you hanging the light off of the roof or did you build a mount for it?

Yes and the light is hung from fishing wire and hooks in the ceiling. Cant see the lines and it looks neat. I'm slowly going to transition to sps now that the tank is going on a year and sell off my lps.

I’m actually using Mars Aqua, but I’m planning to switch to ViparSpectra soon to see the difference . To OP, you should get a black box since it’s much cheaper than other lights out there and you can grow any corals with it!

If you can’t hang it from the ceiling, then you can use a TV mount or make a DIY mount to hang it from the side wall.

Honestly prime is a Awsome way to go they look real good give u great lighting for your investment
Black box’s can be great but true super hard to make look real good without a canopy

Yeah I'm thinking of returning this garbage Nicrew 50w light I bought and just trying to pick up a prime, but would I need 2 of them to light a 30 gallon or would 1 be fine?
