what type of paint to use under my stand

I'm gonna seal and paint under my stand where my sump and accessories will be. what type of paint is best for this i used rust oleum for the steel but I'm not sure what to put on the plywood? any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

i just went with the original kilz the red can not the the blue. i didnt want to risk my sump sticking to any other paint. if it was warmer i may have went with something else.

Kilz and Kilz2 have both been great options for me. I have used them as primers and alone for inside stands. I also like rustoleums enamel gloss paint since it's super easy to clean up and the enamel is hard enough to not usually have much stick to it.
