What worm is this?

As I was feeding the tank this evening I noticed a few of my favorite zoa's curled up and obviously agitated. Right then I caught the glimpse of this little critter. Not sure if he is a couple inches long or more than one. But they were definitely popping out of more than one hole in the rock. I have added a bunch of new Coral in the past few weeks but have dipped everything.
Any idea on what this is and how to deal with it?

Bristleworm, Skunk Cleaner shrimp will eat them
