What would be a dream zoa this aquarium set up with no budget

If you were setting up an aquarium for Zoanthids to grow them like crazy what would be your dream set up :
what size tank - in my case 150 gallon max
what lights
what filters
What would you use for flow
what dosing system would you use
What nutrients would dose and why

I'd check out joshporksandwich on youtube. I think he has some videos about his setup, or other people have interviewed him about it. He is one of the best when it comes to growing zoas and getting the best coloration and polyp size out of them.
