I had one on some live rock. I am no expert, but that is either a medusa worm or sea apple.

Those look like feeding tentacles of some sort of sea cucumber- look up magnum sea cucumber- its not that species but it shows a similar structure- aslo it may just be bacuse I’m on my phone but the video isn’t working for me.
