What's going on with my blue hippo's eyes?

So I noticed my blue hippo tang's eyes are swollen and white. Was wondering what you guys think this is and what I should do about it?

Looks like popeye. Get him into QT and treat with something like kanaplex.

Tough to say if it’s a bacterial issue or not. Looks infected though. If you can move it to a treatment tank you could dose it with erythromycin (Maracyn 1).
