Hey everyone, Long story short I was cleaning my tank and accidentally brushed up against my Candy Cane coral. Instantly the green color came off, Is this natural or is this the beginning of the end for it? Parameters look pretty normal salinity is a little high at 1.030 but that's why im doing the water change now. Any help?

not sure about that type of coral, but I have had my green leather shed its color when touched (the zooxanthellae). mine always came back in a few days/weeks.
