What's on my zoa's stalk?

I got some new zoa's from WWC last week and this one appears to have something fuzzy looking on it's stalk. I am referring to the right side of the stalk of the center polyp in the image below.

I was planning to pull it out anyway as there was a small bubble algae on it as well. So I pulled and dipped with Brightwell Koral MD.

The fuzzy thing took some scraping, and the zoa is now ticked, but the crud is gone. We'll see if it stays gone...

They seem to have recovered completely from the dip and removal of whatever it was... If anything, they looked happier after. Hopefully none of the others I got have that kind pest on them. Some I have seen have some micro feather dusters which I have heard are beneficial.
