This one! I balked at the price at the local shop, and bought my snowflake (Eely-Dan) instead, and regret it every day

On the plus side, you can keep Eely-Dan in your tank without worrying about anything smaller than 8 inches going missing overnight.

Most of the aggressive fish: clown trigger, lyretail wrasse, Harlequin tusk, queen angel, dog face puffer, naso tang. Never had a tank with the room for any and the diet of most kills the reefability.

Naso Tangs aren't aggressive, but they do require a large tank.

Blueface Angel...........

Give it a shot. I've got one in my SPS reef. It's always been one of my all-time favorite fish since childhood. Excellent addition.

My vote would be a conspicuous angel. Hard to find and super expensive. But they are really cool in my opinion.

Unfortunately it is more of tank size issue......I only have a 105g reef :-(

I have little fish he never bothers. They eat fish out of necessity. Feed the tank well, and he leaves them alone. Shrimp too

Orange Margin Butterflyfish is my current grail fish:

Prognathodes basabei, should be pretty reef safe judging by its congeners. Hawaiian deep water endemic, beautiful black and white stripes with orange accents.

Any butterfly fish other then copper bands. Which are my favorite fish.
I really want butterfly fish in my tank but I like my corals not getting eaten

DO IT! there are several genera and species worth putting in a reef tank. Great articles on the subject: RB1, RB2, Reefs

That’s all the support I needed!!! What type has a good personality that can go in a 100gal? I also need to figure how to infest my tank with those little purple feather dusters so I can get a copper band.

Most of the roaops, prognathodes, and true roa will be okay in a 100, some get a little big. So mostly it's what do you like and what's your budget, these three groups start around 100-200 but some can be 10,000+? My Roa modesta is as interactive as a puffer always up at the glass, almost got it feeding out of my hand, investigates what ever I am doing for maintenance, but requires cooler temps and are pretty hard to find in the states. Burgess is probably the easiest to find and keep and most affordable. Prognathodes are probably the most reef safe.

The lion fish is what brought me into the hoppy but still did not have him for 10 years now because of the fish compatibility. Recently I started to see myself very attracted to angelfish. I am planning to have a blueface ..

One of my holy grail dream fish is the Clarion Angelfish, even if I had a tank big enough I just can't justify paying $6,000+ for a single fish. The same goes for many crazy fairy wrasses and other angelfish as well.
Another fish I would love, but can't get, would be a butterfly ray. Amazing ray that isn't dangerous (no stinger) and is active all the time! The only problem is it can get over 3" across.

Blue Ribbon Eel.

I’ll eventually give it a go at the right time.
