What's this Algae on my Coraline. Does my rising CA have anything to do with it?

Recently these red patches have been growing all over my coraline, What are they? Is it connected to the fact that my CA has been recently sky rocketing and MG dropping? ALK 8.5 CA 550 MG 976. Dosing All For Reef with mostly soft corals would some stony corals balance the rising CA out?
