I think I found a store that has Kanaplex and Furan-2. I will confirm after 10am today. If not, I will buy from Amazon.
Would I mix these the same as I did the Metroplex and focus and add them all to the nori?

I have used the Aqua Medic fish trap with great success. I had a purple tang that was terrorizing my other fish and I could not catch him until I bought one of these. I put a nori clip inside of the trap and caught him in literally 2 minutes of placing it in the tank. https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/aqua-medic-fish-trap.html

Hope that poor guy makes it!

I have all the meds!

I built a trap but so far, he ain't going for it. Trap or not, he does eat so I can medicate the food.

The dark spots are spreading but he looks like he's gaining weight. He still swims vey fast and he's still eating.
There may be hope for him yet.

Yes; you can also food soak pellets and/or frozen food.

Thank you.
I will try to be careful with pellets and frozen food because I don't want my inverts eating it.
The meds would be bad for crabs and snails right?

He eats nori. He eats frozen and pellet too but so does everything else in the tank including the crabs and snails of the food gets to the bottom of the tank.

I think a good quality fish trap will help you in your success on catching a fish. I have learned that they can get very wise to your presence near the tank with a net. I bought htis trap off amazon and had it delivered overnight to catch a butterfly that wanted to eat every coral in my tank. I put the trap in for a few hours then placed food and set it. Only fed behind the locked panel. Caught the butterfly within 5 minutes. every reefer should have a trap like this as part of your tool kit.

How long should it take for me to start seeing improvement in the fish?

I'm using metroplex + kanaplex + furan 2 + focus.

I still can't catch him but I'm treating the food and he's eating.

How will I know he's getting better? Will the marks/ spots go away?

Should I have my carbon reactor and skimmer on or off while treating with the food?
Right now I have my skimmer on but no collection cup. It just overflows back into the sump. My carbon reactor off.

Should I have my carbon reactor on?
Should I have the skimmer cup on collecting skimmate?

If you're just food soaking medications, run all reactors & skim normally.

You only need to take those offline if dosing medications directly into the water.

Thank you.
I will put both the skimmer and the carbon reactor back online today.
I have a Pentair Aquatics (Formally Emperor Aquatics) 40 watt UV Sterilizer. Should I put it online? It's not something I usually have online But I'm thinking it might be helpful at this time or right after treatment.

Thoughts?

@Dj City UV is fine as well, so long as no meds are actually being dosed into the water.

Will the uv sterilizer be helpful? I've never dealt with flukes (if that's what I'm dealing with).

UV sterilizer cannot help with flukes that are already attached to your fish. :( It can eliminate "some" of the flukes that are in the water column.

No other fish are exhibiting symptoms. I would like to keep it that way.

I will employ the uv sterilizer for a week or two.

Should I wait till I'm done with treatment or just go ahead and put it online now while I'm treating?

Wait until after treatment. UV sterilizers are not mixed well with meds, copper especially but I’d advise avoiding it with others as well.

I finally caught him but I think it's too late.
He was near the surface swimming in tight circles and bumping into rocks.

I dipped him in freshwater and the flukes just started coming out of him.

He's in a hospital tank now but I'm not expecting him to make it through the night.
