Typically a standard formalin solution is mixed with either fresh or saltwater in a separate treatment container. Initially, all fish are given a quick dip in the formalin at a higher concentration, followed by continued treatment in a prolonged bath of formalin at a lower concentration in a quarantine tank (QT)

Follow package recommendation and dose at 80% of recommended as formalin itself is a very powerful chemical.

Is general cure recommended for Brook? I thought that is just metro and prazi.

Ich-X is formalin and malachite green.

Tough to say if it is continued Brooklynella or just scarring, or secondary bacterial infection. Is the fish breathing fast? Is it still feeding?

Acts completely normal and has been eating the same throughout. Maybe it touched my anemone?

Ummm, an anemone shouldn’t cause that, but stings from coral sometimes look kinda similar.

I've been treating it and doing water changes and using airstone

do you think i should try treating it a few days with a med for bacteria infection?
I wouldn’t unless it starts breathing fast, not eating, or swimming with clamped fins....
