When did the price of hairy mushrooms rise ?

Looking to get hairy mushrooms and noticed I’m looking to pay $50 for a single mushroom. I remember when I use to give mine out for free. Anyone got a good source of them ?

Ya mushrooms like everything else has got a little crazy .mushrooms used to be like Kenya trees lol . There would be whole colonies of 5 to 8 for $30 . If you look around you can usually find them for $20 a mushroom , better than 50 !!

sold ~40 heads for 40$ a few month back. With the price you are talking about, I should have accepted nothing less than a yacht?
