Where do you guys put your acans on your aquascape?

I would be very careful with an acan garden. They are extremely aggressive.

Now a micromussa garden is much more possible and mine are usually always lower half of the tank. They love to be fed if you have the time. You will get faster growth
My candy cane stung my red acan causing brown jelly :'(

I keep mine in the sand but thinking of placing it in the rock somewhere close to the bottom.

Had a hermit crab eat my green ring micromussa overnight :(

here are some tips i use

I like my acans lower in the tank, around 75-100par
that being said nutrient's and feeding are key
I like to place my acan garden right where my tank naturally has detritus build up.
